ECCS, Inc. offers unemployment cost control services, including claims processing, hearings representation, educational training for managers and supervisors, policy manual review & implementation, and auditing of tax accounts.  Additionally, we offer specific training in the areas of interviewing procedures and harassment policies.

 

As a separate service, ECCS, Inc. provides pre-employment screening services to employers to reduce or eliminate unnecessary exposure to liability in hiring practices.  Our services include, but are not limited to: social security number validations, driving records, criminal history, employment history, educational qualifications, and credit history.

 

We also include drug screening.
